We would like to introduce the "Assembly Line" that we handle. This equipment automates the entire process of assembling and joining sensor modules by combining electronic components (such as circuit boards, terminal components, and metal plates), conducting inspections of the joining quality (appearance and electrical), and fastening to heat dissipation materials. After supplying parts and dust removal, assembly and press-fitting of components are performed on a jig, followed by the application of pre-treatment materials.
